سياسة الخصوصية لتطبيق Dwina

باختصار: لا تحتاج إلى إنشاء حساب، ولا نطلب اسمك أو بريدك الإلكتروني. يُحفظ تقدّمك على هاتفك فقط. تسجيلات صوتك لا تغادر هاتفك أبداً. يعرض التطبيق إعلانات من Google AdMob، ويستخدم أداة من Meta لقياس إعلاناتنا على فيسبوك وإنستغرام، وذلك فقط بعد موافقتك.
1. من نحن
Dwina تطبيق لتعلّم اللغات (الإنجليزية والإسبانية والفرنسية والإيطالية والكتالانية والألمانية) للناطقين بالعربية، يطوّره Yassine Dahnoun (إسبانيا). للتواصل بخصوص الخصوصية: yassine43dahnoun@gmail.com.
2. البيانات المحفوظة على هاتفك
يحفظ التطبيق على جهازك فقط: الدروس التي أكملتها، ونتائج التمارين، والنقاط، وأيام المواظبة، والدروس المفضّلة، وإعداداتك. لا نرسل هذه البيانات إلى خوادمنا. يمكنك حذفها في أي وقت من «حسابي ← إعادة ضبط التقدّم»، كما تُحذف تلقائياً عند حذف التطبيق.
3. الميكروفون
يُستخدم الميكروفون فقط عندما تضغط على زر التسجيل في «تدرّب الآن» لتستمع إلى نطقك. يُحفظ التسجيل مؤقتاً على هاتفك ويُحذف عند إغلاق نافذة التدريب. لا نرسل تسجيلاتك إلى أي جهة، ولا نستمع إليها.
4. تنزيل الدروس
يتصل التطبيق بخادمنا dwinaapp.com (المستضاف لدى Hostinger) لتنزيل الدروس والملفات الصوتية الجديدة. عند ذلك يسجّل الخادم بيانات تقنية عادية مثل عنوان IP ونوع الجهاز ووقت الطلب، لأغراض الأمان وتشغيل الخدمة فقط ولمدة محدودة. لا نستخدمها لمعرفة هويتك.
5. الإعلانات (Google AdMob)
نموّل التطبيق بإعلانات تقدّمها Google AdMob. قد تجمع Google بيانات مثل معرّف الإعلانات في جهازك، وعنوان IP، ومعلومات الجهاز، وتفاعلك مع الإعلانات، وذلك لعرض الإعلانات وقياسها ومنع الاحتيال.
- في الاتحاد الأوروبي والمنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية والمملكة المتحدة نطلب موافقتك قبل عرض إعلانات مخصّصة. يمكنك تغيير اختيارك من «حسابي ← خيارات الخصوصية للإعلانات».
- على أجهزة iPhone يطلب التطبيق إذنك بالتتبّع (App Tracking Transparency). إذا رفضت، تُعرض إعلانات غير مخصّصة.

6. قياس إعلاناتنا (Meta)
نعلن عن Dwina على فيسبوك وإنستغرام. لمعرفة عدد الأشخاص الذين يثبّتون التطبيق من إعلاناتنا ومدى استخدامهم له، نستخدم أداة القياس من Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Meta SDK).
- ما الذي يُرسَل: تثبيت التطبيق وفتحه، وإكمال الدروس (اللغة وعدد الدروس المكتملة)، ومعرّف الإعلانات في جهازك إذا كان مسموحاً، وعنوان IP، ومعلومات تقنية عن الجهاز (الطراز، ونظام التشغيل، واللغة، والمنطقة الزمنية، ومشغّل الشبكة).
- ما لا يُرسَل أبداً: اسمك أو بريدك أو رقم هاتفك، ولا تسجيلات صوتك، ولا إجاباتك في التمارين.
- بموافقتك فقط: لا تتصل الأداة بـ Meta إلا بعد موافقتك على رسالة الخصوصية (في الاتحاد الأوروبي والمنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية والمملكة المتحدة). على iPhone، لا يُستخدم معرّف الإعلانات إلا إذا سمحت بالتتبّع. يمكنك سحب موافقتك من «حسابي ← خيارات الخصوصية للإعلانات».
- إذا كان لديك حساب على فيسبوك أو إنستغرام، فقد تربط Meta هذه البيانات بحسابك بصفتها مسؤولة عنها. لمعرفة كيف تستخدمها Meta: facebook.com/privacy/policy.
- يمكنك أيضاً حذف معرّف الإعلانات أو إعادة ضبطه من إعدادات هاتفك (Android: الإعدادات ← الخصوصية ← الإعلانات؛ iPhone: الإعدادات ← الخصوصية والأمان ← التتبّع).
7. الأطفال
Dwina غير موجّه للأطفال دون 13 عاماً، ولا نجمع عن قصد بيانات منهم.
8. حقوقك
بموجب اللائحة العامة لحماية البيانات (RGPD) يحق لك طلب الوصول إلى بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها أو الاعتراض على معالجتها، عبر yassine43dahnoun@gmail.com. ولأننا لا نحفظ بياناتك على خوادمنا، فغالباً يكفي حذف التطبيق أو إعادة ضبط التقدّم. أما البيانات التي تجمعها Google أو Meta، فيمكنك سحب موافقتك من التطبيق أو التواصل معهما مباشرة. يحق لك أيضاً تقديم شكوى إلى الهيئة الإسبانية لحماية البيانات (aepd.es).
9. التغييرات
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة. سننشر أي تغيير في هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ التحديث.

En resumen: no necesitas crear una cuenta ni te pedimos tu nombre o email. Tu progreso se guarda solo en tu móvil. Las grabaciones de tu voz nunca salen de tu móvil. La app muestra anuncios de Google AdMob y usa una herramienta de Meta para medir nuestros anuncios en Facebook e Instagram, solo con tu consentimiento.
1. Quiénes somos
Dwina es una app para aprender idiomas (inglés, español, francés, italiano, catalán y alemán) dirigida a hablantes de árabe, desarrollada por Yassine Dahnoun (España). Contacto sobre privacidad: yassine43dahnoun@gmail.com.
2. Datos guardados en tu móvil
La app guarda solo en tu dispositivo: las clases completadas, los resultados de los ejercicios, los puntos, la racha de días, tus clases favoritas y tus ajustes. No enviamos estos datos a nuestros servidores. Puedes borrarlos en cualquier momento en «Perfil → Restablecer progreso», y se borran también al desinstalar la app.
3. Micrófono
El micrófono solo se usa cuando pulsas el botón de grabar en «Practica ahora», para que escuches tu pronunciación. La grabación se guarda temporalmente en tu móvil y se elimina al cerrar la ventana de práctica. No enviamos tus grabaciones a nadie ni las escuchamos.
4. Descarga de clases
La app se conecta a nuestro servidor dwinaapp.com (alojado en Hostinger) para descargar clases y audios nuevos. Al hacerlo, el servidor registra datos técnicos habituales, como la dirección IP, el tipo de dispositivo y la hora de la petición, solo por seguridad y funcionamiento del servicio y durante un tiempo limitado. No los usamos para identificarte.
5. Publicidad (Google AdMob)
Financiamos la app con anuncios de Google AdMob. Google puede recopilar datos como el identificador de publicidad de tu dispositivo, la dirección IP, información del dispositivo y tu interacción con los anuncios, para mostrar y medir anuncios y prevenir el fraude.
- En la UE, el EEE y el Reino Unido te pedimos consentimiento antes de mostrar anuncios personalizados. Puedes cambiar tu elección en «Perfil → Opciones de privacidad de anuncios».
- En iPhone, la app te pide permiso de seguimiento (App Tracking Transparency). Si lo rechazas, verás anuncios no personalizados.

6. Medición de nuestros anuncios (Meta)
Anunciamos Dwina en Facebook e Instagram. Para saber cuántas personas instalan la app desde nuestros anuncios y si la usan, utilizamos la herramienta de medición de Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (SDK de Meta).
- Qué se envía: la instalación y cada apertura de la app, las clases completadas (idioma y número de clases), el identificador de publicidad de tu dispositivo si está permitido, la dirección IP e información técnica del dispositivo (modelo, sistema, idioma, zona horaria y operador).
- Qué no se envía nunca: tu nombre, email o teléfono, tus grabaciones de voz ni tus respuestas en los ejercicios.
- Solo con tu consentimiento: la herramienta no contacta con Meta hasta que aceptas el mensaje de privacidad (en la UE, el EEE y el Reino Unido). En iPhone, el identificador de publicidad solo se usa si permites el seguimiento. Puedes retirar tu consentimiento en «Perfil → Opciones de privacidad de anuncios».
- Si tienes cuenta de Facebook o Instagram, Meta puede asociar estos datos a tu cuenta como responsable de ellos. Cómo los usa Meta: facebook.com/privacy/policy.
- También puedes borrar o restablecer el identificador de publicidad en los ajustes de tu móvil (Android: Ajustes → Privacidad → Anuncios; iPhone: Ajustes → Privacidad y seguridad → Rastreo).
7. Menores
Dwina no está dirigida a menores de 13 años y no recopilamos datos suyos de forma intencionada.
8. Tus derechos
Según el Reglamento General de Protección de Datos (RGPD) puedes pedir acceso, rectificación, supresión u oposición al tratamiento de tus datos escribiendo a yassine43dahnoun@gmail.com. Como no guardamos tus datos en nuestros servidores, normalmente basta con desinstalar la app o restablecer el progreso. Para los datos que recogen Google o Meta, puedes retirar tu consentimiento desde la app o dirigirte a ellos directamente. También puedes reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
9. Cambios
Podemos actualizar esta política. Publicaremos cualquier cambio en esta página con la fecha de actualización.
Dwina Privacy Policy

In short: you don't need an account, and we don't ask for your name or email. Your progress is stored only on your phone. Recordings of your voice never leave your phone. The app shows ads from Google AdMob and uses a Meta tool to measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram, only with your consent.
1. Who we are
Dwina is a language-learning app (English, Spanish, French, Italian, Catalan and German) for Arabic speakers, developed by Yassine Dahnoun (Spain). Privacy contact: yassine43dahnoun@gmail.com.
2. Data stored on your phone
The app stores only on your device: completed lessons, exercise results, points, your day streak, favorite lessons and your settings. We don't send this data to our servers. You can delete it at any time in "Profile → Reset progress", and it is also deleted when you uninstall the app.
3. Microphone
The microphone is used only when you tap the record button in "Practice now", so you can listen to your pronunciation. The recording is stored temporarily on your phone and deleted when you close the practice window. We never send your recordings to anyone or listen to them.
4. Downloading lessons
The app connects to our server dwinaapp.com (hosted by Hostinger) to download new lessons and audio. When it does, the server logs standard technical data such as IP address, device type and request time, only for security and to run the service, for a limited time. We don't use it to identify you.
5. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The app is funded by ads served by Google AdMob. Google may collect data such as your device's advertising identifier, IP address, device information and your interaction with ads, to show and measure ads and prevent fraud.
- In the EU, EEA and UK we ask for your consent before showing personalized ads. You can change your choice in "Profile → Ad privacy options".
- On iPhone, the app asks for tracking permission (App Tracking Transparency). If you decline, you'll see non-personalized ads.
- How Google uses data: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
6. Measuring our ads (Meta)
We advertise Dwina on Facebook and Instagram. To know how many people install the app from our ads and whether they use it, we use the measurement tool from Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Meta SDK).
- What is sent: app installs and opens, completed lessons (language and number of lessons), your device's advertising identifier if allowed, IP address and technical device information (model, operating system, language, time zone and carrier).
- What is never sent: your name, email or phone number, your voice recordings, or your exercise answers.
- Only with your consent: the tool does not contact Meta until you accept the privacy message (in the EU, EEA and UK). On iPhone, the advertising identifier is used only if you allow tracking. You can withdraw your consent in "Profile → Ad privacy options".
- If you have a Facebook or Instagram account, Meta may link this data to your account as its controller. How Meta uses it: facebook.com/privacy/policy.
- You can also delete or reset your advertising identifier in your phone's settings (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads; iPhone: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking).
7. Children
Dwina is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from them.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction or deletion of, or object to the processing of your data by writing to yassine43dahnoun@gmail.com. Since we don't store your data on our servers, uninstalling the app or resetting your progress is usually enough. For data collected by Google or Meta, you can withdraw your consent in the app or contact them directly. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
9. Changes
We may update this policy. Any change will be posted on this page with the update date.
